Little by little, intel about Grey’s Anatomy Season 10 has trickled out, and the latest spoiler has us on the edge of our seats. At the Television Critics Association press tour, star Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt) dished about the can’t-miss premiere, teasing how “dramatic” it will be — mostly because it’s different than anything they’ve done before.
“If we have a cliffhanger, we try to jump ahead or do something different. This time, we’re going to be picking up straight from the moment that we finished,” he revealed to On the Red Carpet. Though we already knew that, it’s nice to know we’ll have closure on the jaw-dropping questions.
“There’s a lot of those big cliffhanger moments [in the finale] — we’re going to find out what happens next,” he added, saying it’s “one of those premiere episodes you can’t miss because it comes very fast at you.” As it stands, “We’re still in the midst of that storm and everything’s happening really, really fast. It’s very, very exciting and dramatic … lots of shocks and twists along the way.”
Our minds are reeling thinking about what could happen next at Grey Sloan Memorial. We know that Owen and Cristina’s relationship is going to change as she helps him find his “person” and they still have intense chemistry. As for the rest of the hospital? We should expect chaos, but also some laughs after the two-hour premiere on September 27.
Catch the Grey’s Anatomy Season 10 premiere on Thursday, September 26, 2013, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
