Shonda Rhimes must be vying for the Best Boss Ever Award.

To thank the Grey's Anatomy crew for 10 seasons of tireless work, Shonda and executive producer Mark Gordon surprised the entire crew members with cruise tickets!

Shonda made the big reveal at the party commemorating the 200th episode last night (Aug. 20).

"Happiness is giving everyone on the crew at Grey's a Royal Caribbean cruise," Shonda tweeted last night. "Blessed to have 200 episodes!"

Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) was duly impressed by her boss's generosity: "She be hangin' with Oprah too much — she turned it up!" she touted on Instagram.

Responding on Twitter, one fan asked: "But did she announce it like Oprah would?"

"Oh, yeah. She rocked that announcement," Ellen replied.

Producer Tony Phelan posted a photo of the crew members giving Shonda a standing ovation — and later wrote, "I love my job! Great people, working hard on a product we really believe in. What could be better?"

Sarah Drew (April Kepner) and Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt) also tweeted about the massive gift, both exclaiming, "Amazing!"

We'd have to agree! We'll see you at the beach, Grey's folk!
