We now have a little more information to share about the trials and tribulations for the doctors of Grey's Anatomy in Season 10.

Last week, we shared the synopsis of the two-hour premiere event — featuring episodes "Seal Our Fate" and "I Want You With Me" — which airs Sept. 26 sees the docs treating mudslide patients while trying to save Richard's (James Pickens Jr.life.

But it looks like that'll be all the cutting Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) will do for a while. Here's the official synopsis for Episode 3, "Everybody's Crying Mercy."

Meredith and Derek adjust to life at home with a newborn but find it difficult being away from the hospital; Arizona [Jessica Capshaw] tries to takes steps to fix her broken marriage; Alex [Justin Chambers] and Jo [Camilla Luddington] navigate through their new relationship; and Owen [Kevin McKidd] clashes with Jackson [Jesse Williams] over financial issues at the hospital. Meanwhile, April [Sarah Drew] anxiously awaits her boards results.

Ugh, postpartum professional depression, post-affair reconciliation, post-buyout money woes, and post-exam nerves. Seems like everyone will be on edge in this installment.

The episode is written by Tia Napolitano, who also wrote last season's Arizona-phantom-limb episode, "Walking on a Dream." And it's directed by co-showrunner Tony Phelan, who has written 14 episodes, directed 10, and will be leaving after this season.

The episode airs Thursday, Oct. 3 — but be sure to turn on ABC a week earlier, on Sept. 26, for the premiere!
