Grey's Anatomy Season 10 got off to an intense start with its two hour premiere, but based on the promo for Episode 3, "Everybody's Crying Mercy," airing on October 3, next week we'll get a bit of a breather thanks to a lot more comedy.

In the premiere, Alex and Jo tried and failed to have sex multiple times. They were a bit busy being in the middle of a hospital crisis and all (not that that stopped Owen and Cristina... Twice). Based on this preview, they are still having problems actually going through with it. Awkward. Meanwhile, Mer and Der are finally learning what it's like to have a newborn, and it looks like a mess.
