Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premieres tonight, Thursday September 26, but waiting until this evening for a new dose of Grey's drama is almost unbearable. Sure, it's only a few more hours — but those hours feel like days. At least we have a few sneak peeks of the episode to help ease the pain of the weight.

And what sneak peeks they are! We can actually learn quite a bit from the snippets of the episode we've been given. Let's break down all of the clues here.

The First Two Minutes

The most telling sneak peek of the episode we've seen is the first two minutes, which you can watch here. The opener features voice over narration by Richard, and also thrusts us right back into the action, reminding us where each doc is as things kick back into high gear. Here's what we learn.

The interns are exhausted. We see the interns hanging in the locker room, looking emotionally and physically overwhelmed.

MerDer is in bliss. Fortunately, Meredith, Derek, and their two bundles of joy are totally happy. Look at those smiles! Our hearts are already melting.

A board meeting is needed. Owen interrupts happy baby time to tell MerDer that the board needs to meet. Why? We learn more about that in a sneak peek below.

Japril awkwardness in store. We're quickly reminded that even though we ship Japril, April ships Japril, and Jackson probably ships Japril, both April and Jackson have other significant others. Whoops.

Richard is in deep trouble. This opener ends with Richard still passed out in the generator room as he muses in voiceover that he's glad he's wearing his white coat when his life ends. Is that a hint that he won't survive the finale, or is he just being pessimistic?

The Most Awkward Board Meeting Ever

In the sneak peek below, we actually see that board meeting Owen was so concerned about, and it reveals quite a bit.

The MerDer baby's name is Jared? We thought Meredith and Derek were naming their baby after Bailey to honor that whole "she saved Meredith's life" thing, but based on this sneak peek, his full name is actually Jared Bailey Shepherd. Of course, Bailey seems perfectly thrilled with the middle name treatment, and it's probably good that we'll be able to distinguish between baby Jared Bailey and adult regular Bailey.

Zola is already the best big sis. Don't worry, the show isn't going to throw in Shepherd sibling rivalry, at least not yet. Apparently Zola wants to take Jared Bailey into daycare for show and tell. That may just be the cutest thing we've ever heard.

They need to close the ER. OK, let's get serious. Owen called the board together because everything at the hospital is going to hell, and it looks like they need to close the ER due to lack of important resources like blood, meds, and, you know, doctors.

Meredith is all about helping. Based on this sneak peek, we can probably count on Meredith trying to do everything she can to assist the hospital — like calling their suppliers, because she "had a baby, [she's] not dead" — even if the other docs think she should be resting. This is Meredith Grey, folks! A little near-death experience and a newborn aren't going to slow her down.

Lauren is gone. Jackson confirms what spoilers had suggested: Lauren Boswell has already left the hospital, which means she won't be around to cause more trouble for Calzona. She's done enough already.

Callie airs her dirty laundry. If Arizona thought Callie would keep her infidelity a secret, she's out of luck: This sneak peek ends with Cristina asking "Who's doctor Boswell?" and Callie replying, "She's the woman Arizona slept with last night." Talk about awkward.

Mousey's Mission

A final sneak peek, which you can watch below, gives us a hint about Richard's fate — and puts another doc in danger.

Richard is missing for a while. Richard isn't around for the board meeting above, and this sneak peek opens with Bailey demanding intern Shane Ross find him. So it sounds like he's left passed out in the generator room for a significant chunk of time.

Derek has a message for Mousey. Shane tells Bailey that Derek has given him a message for intern Heather, AKA Mousey. Later, Heather mentions that Derek paged her "912," which is their code for something even more serious than 911. What's he need her for?

Ross tells a lie. Whatever it is, Heather might never get a chance to find out, because Ross lies, telling Heather that Derek wants her to go find Richard.

Mousey's bad move. Heather manages to find Richard in the generator room, but fails to figure out that water and exposed wires don't mix. She rushes forward to help Richard, only to get herself electrocuted. As she falls, she slams her head into a metal machine. Not. Good.

Do you think Heather will survive? Sound off in the comments below!
