The 200th episode of Grey's Anatomy is finally here, folks! Season 10, Episode 4 — "Puttin' on the Ritz" — airs tonight, October 10. To tide us over, TVLine talked with the cast members to see what their onscreen personas are up to in the monumental chapter of the show.

Kevin McKidd says that Owen and Jackson (Jesse Williams) are "maybe not the best party organizers, so things take a really interesting turn, and maybe it doesn't go as well as it's meant to!"

Sandra Oh hypes a "vintage Cristina moment that she has with Alex (Justin Chambers)" during the cutthroat fundraising competition "where she's just going on about how great she is."

Also, "somebody from Alex's past is coming to visit, and there's a mystery to that," as Justin Chambers teases. (We've known for awhile who this uninvited guest is.)

Considering Alex's huge distraction, it's no surprise that "he does a very bad job of being a good date," as Camilla Luddington (Jo Wilson) says.

Meanwhile, April is going to meet another character in a closet. "It's nothing sexual," Sarah Drew clarifies, "but I bond with an unlikely castmate, and it's very funny."

Bailey, meanwhile, isn't changing out of her scrubs. "I don't own the hospital, I don't have anything at stake at the gala, so I take care of the hospital," Chandra Wilson says in reference to her character.

As for those interns? You know, the ones who don't get to go to the party on Alex's arm? They're running the ER, as Gaius Charles (Shane Ross) asserts. "We'll see some exciting things," he says.

"We'll see who rises to the occasion and who doesn't," adds Tessa Ferrer (Leah Murphy).

We're guessing Stephanie is in the former category, as Jerrika Hinton says that she is "taking charge, kicking ass and taking names, basically."

Meanwhile, Richard is also stuck at Grey Sloan Memorial, considering, you know, he was just electrocuted and needs to recover. "That's the big thing right now," says James Pickens Jr. As it should be!

Be sure to watch Grey's Anatomy tonight, October 10, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC!
