Grey’s Anatomy is about to get even more dark and twisty. In Season 10, Episode 8: “Two Against One,” the Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) vs. Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) battle not only rages on, but gets even more intense.

According to a newly-released synopsis, the twisted sisters' issues will only get worse, but they won’t be the only ones suffering! Two couples will also undergo big relationship drama, including a definitive decision for one suffering duo.

Read on for the full synopsis:

“The issues between Meredith and Cristina hit a boiling point when one of them ultimately betrays the other at the hospital. Derek tells Jackson that he needs to let go and allow the second year doctors to work on his patients, and April and Matthew make a bold decision about their relationship. Meanwhile, Bailey has difficulties with Ben’s return."

Considering that Meredith and Cristina have been feuding since Season 10, Episode 5: “I Bet It Stung” and that this is Episode 8, a lot can happen in the coming weeks. Recently, Ellen revealed that she thinks they’re “breaking up” to make Sandra’s exit easier and that there’s a possibility that Mer could leave the surgical field entirely if things keep going south in her career.

Notably, this episode is also directed by Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt), and he promised it will be “intense” for Calzona! So, will any couples be happy during this hour? From the looks of things, probably not. And Derek vs. Jackson? Well, we approve — if they take their shirts off.

What do you think about Meredith vs. Cristina? Whose side are you on? Sound off below.

Grey’s Anatomy airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
