Grey's Anatomy has gotten into the swing of things by now. After all the crazy over the top drama of the first few episodes, it's back to just regular over the top drama. That said, Season 10, Episode 6: "Map of You"sounds like it's going to be a good episode.

What, exactly, can you expect when you tune in tonight? We've rounded up the most interesting info about the episode right here.

Official Synopsis

Let's start off by seeing what the official synopsis has to say.

Derek [Patrick Dempsey] and Callie [Sara Ramirez] work on a brain mapping project, Richard [James Pickens Jr.] encourages the interns to use his physical condition as a learning tool, and, after a discussion with Callie, Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] considers continuing her mother’s research. Meanwhile, Shane [Gaius Charles] continues to feel guilty about Heather’s [Tina Majorino] death.

That's a lot of information. It sounds like the brain mapping is part of the plot that is inspired by Obama's real-life brain-mapping project, so that should be pretty cool. We're also excited to hear that Richard continues on the road to recovery, and we're interested to see how much Mer's renewed interest in her mother's research is inspired by her fight with Cristina last week.

We might also see a very interesting heart procedure this week, which we're guessing will occupy Cristina's time.

Owen Gets Awkward

So far, there's one sneak peek of the episode, and it's an awkward one.

Meanwhile, it looks like Cristina and Meredith still aren't on the best terms, which kind of breaks our hearts.
