Ah, yes. The Halloween episode. Every show must have one. It's written in some How to Write Network TV That Appeals to the Masses textbook. But that doesn't mean every show should have one. Chances are, it's gonna come off like a cheap novelty.

But Grey's Anatomy is going there in next week's episode — Season 10, Episode 7: "Thriller" — as you can see in the promo below.

And we're worried. Especially because, as this promo shows, zombies hit Grey Sloan Memorial.

Note to ABC: You are not AMC. You do not air The Walking Dead. Please leave storylines regarding the undead to the professionals.

But we're sure that the zombies won't actually be zombies but patients with some sort of zombie-like disease.

And we're also sure that when Cristina (Sandra Oh) says, "I have wanted to see this since med school," she's talking about a rare heart condition and not about the zombie patient.

Some guy takes a bite outta Leah (Tessa Ferrer), though. That's all right by us.

There is, at least, one good part of the preview: the interns screaming at shock at Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and Bailey just staring at them blankly.

Check out the preview below, and then tell us: Are you scared in a good way or in a bad, bad way?
