"Now and then I think of when we were together…"

No, it's not something Cristina (Sandra Oh) says to Owen (Kevin McKidd) — at least, not that we know of — it's the first lyric to Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 10's namesake song.

That's right, Gotye fans (featuring Kimbra fans): The installment, airing November 21, is called "Somebody That I Used to Know," as SpoilerTV reports.

Is that xylophone melody going through your mind right now?

In case you hate popular music, the song was written and performed by Belgian-Australian singer-songwriter Gotye — released as a single for his third studio album, Making Mirrors — and it boasts vocals from Kiwi artist Kimbra.

The song became a smash hit for Gotye and took pop culture by storm. Singers like Kelly Clarkson, Ingrid Michaelson, Hayley Williams, and Rita Ora all performed their takes on it. Darren Criss and Matt Bomer sang it to each other on Glee. It inspired the title of a Season 5 True Blood episode. And — forever cementing its legendary status — the song received a Kidz Bop version.

Now, all that's left to do is to wonder: Of the Grey's cast of characters, who is somebody that who used to know? Our money is on Meredith and Cristina.
