After the fun of the Halloween episode, it looks like Grey’s Anatomy is returning to drama big time with Season 10, Episode 8: “Two Against One.” We've already taken a close look at the American promo to see what kind of plot secrets it reveals, and now it's time to break down the Canadian promo, too.

Unfortunately, the promo from Canada's CTV doesn't give us a whole lot of info that isn't already conveyed by the American preview, but it does add a few moments we haven't seen yet, and the repeat material might be a clue about where to focus of the episode will be.

April and Matthew's problem. The promo opens with Matthew awkwardly saying, "There is one problem we haven't discussed..." April, equally awkward, answers back, "I wasn't sure if that really bothered you." Are they talking about the fact that they haven't had sex, and that April has? Given that at :12 April starts to say, "I want our first time..." in a way that implies the rest of her sentence is "to be special" and Matthew interrupts with, "Can we just get that part out of the way," we're thinking sex is definitely the issue at hand.

Speaking of sex... This promo repeats the clip we saw in the American promo, where Arizona, smiling, tells April that she had "awesome" sex, presumably with Leah (though perhaps that's a mislead).

Bailey's breakdown. Like the American promo, this one also puts a lot of emphasis on Bailey having some sort of breakdown, and Ben finding her awake at 4 a.m.

Check out the promo for yourself below, and then let us know what you think in the comments below.
