The Grey's Anatomy episode airing tomorrow night, November 14 — Season 10, Episode 9: "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word" — promises to be an excruciating one for Callie (Sara Ramirez). As if her marriage troubles with Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) weren't grueling enough, she's also the target of legal action.

We saw Callie on trial in the promo for the installment, and now Sara offers up a few more details in a chat with TVLine: "It's for negligence. She works on an Olympic athlete. She does a surgery that she's never performed before … It is her first time working on this specific kind of surgery with the specific tools she's using."

And as for her estranged wife, Sara also teases that we'll see some post-amputation, pre-split, Season 9-era Calzona flashbacks.

"It is a wonderful glimpse into a lot of different elements of their relationship," she explains. "And I think that it offers a really important glimpse into what they were going through at the time that we may not have seen on-camera last season."

And this episode will also see another blast from Callie's past — her father, played by Hector Elizondo. "I love [Hector] so much," Sara raves. "He's such a seasoned actor, and he just brings such a great, fun, light energy … When I work with him, he just brings out the best in me … We have [had] a connection ever since we first worked together years ago. So whenever he comes back, it kind of is like seeing my dad!"

As huge Callie fans, we can't wait for this Torres-heavy episode, but what do you think? Let us know your thoughts below.
