The obsessiveness Bailey (Chandra Wilson) has been exhibiting the past few episodes of Grey's Anatomy seems to reach a fever pitch in the episode airing tonight, November 21 — Season 10, Episode 10: "Somebody That I Used to Know" — leading Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) to stage an intervention, as you can see in the sneak peek below.

As the preview starts, Bailey is prepping for a surgery, arranging her instruments just so.

Owen enters with Mer and clears his throat. "Dr. Bailey," he says, "could we speak for a moment?"

Bailey offers to find him when she's done, but Owen urges her to stop: "This is a conversation we should have now. Dr. Grey can take over."

"I will speak to you when I am finished here," Bailey repeats, adamantly.

"Dr. Grey, please move Dr. Bailey's Bovie one inch to the left," instructs Owen, and Mer dutifully relocates the knife as Bailey watches with dismay.

"Grey…" she sighs with desperation.

Owen tells Mer to move the suction device. Mer does as she's told, and Bailey snaps: "Get away from my table. Get away from my table!"

Yikes. Looks like Owen and Mer are implementing an intervention, so we hope Bailey's troubles are diagnosed and treated in tonight's installment, airing 9 p.m. ET on ABC.

What's causing Bailey's obsessiveness? Ben's recent job loss… or something else? Speculate away below.
