It's finally December, which means it's officially socially acceptable to play Christmas music 24/7. And what better way to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year than with tunes from one of our favorite Grey's Anatomy stars?
The album, entitled Sand on Sand on Sand, is described as folk indie rock and is a follow up to last year's recording, The Last Days of The Year. Made up of a group of Sarah's more musically inclined family and friends, Reindeer Tribe is a collaborative effort — Sarah sings back-up and her husband plays the banjo on the tracks!
The songs have a fun, cheery sound, and provides a nice reprieve when you're kind of over playing 'N Sync's “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” on repeat. Of course we're kidding — we'd never get sick of 'N Sync. But this album is perfect for playing in the car while you're doing some last minute Christmas shopping!
Have you checked out Sarah's new holiday album? If so, what do you think — Yay or nay?
