Japril fans, you'll have mixed feelings about latest sneak peek for Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 12 — "Get Up Stand Up," the mid-season finale, airing Thursday, December 12, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.

The good news is that Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) have a totally endearing interaction. Then again, they're talking about her wedding to Matthew (Justin Bruening).

As the preview starts, we see April storm out of the Grey Sloan Memorial elevator with curlers in her hair and an expression of rage on her face. It's the same shot from last week's promo — only this time, the scene continues, and in the midst of her stomping around, April doesn't realize that she's on a collision course with an equally-preoccupied Jackson.

"Wow," Jackson says, examining the bride-to-be. "You look—"

April stops him right there: "Don't say I look nice!"

"Like a trainwreck," Jackson concludes. "But I can see where it's going! Um, what are you doing here?"

"I'm hunting bridesmaids!" April almost-yells.

"Now is that a farm tradition?" Jackson quips.

But April's in no mood for humor: "Are you going to be there? I mean, I totally understand if you're not. I just—"

"Do you want me to be there?" Jackson says

"Yes! Of course!"

"Then I'll be there."

"Thank you," April sighs.

They try to hug it out — but abort the maneuver because of April's curlers and because, you know, it's awkward and all.

Only time will tell if Jackson will speak now or forever hold his peace!

Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 12 airs this Thursday, December 12, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
