The wedding bells are going to be ringing on Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 12 (“Get Up Stand Up”) — but will April actually go through with her nuptials? We'll have to tune in to find out, but until then, at least we have spoilers to tide us over.

In fact, we've rounded up the biggest hints and teasers about the episode right here so you can prepare yourself for the drama that's inevitably coming before we head into the extra-long winter hiatus.

The Official Synopsis

Let's start with the official synopsis of the the episode, which gives us a picture of what April's big day will look like.

On the day of April's wedding, the Grey Sloan Memorial doctors are all preoccupied with their own drama. Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] and Cristina [Sandra Oh] continue to argue about their research and careers, Bailey [Chandra Wilson] comes clean to Ben [Jason George] about her feelings regarding him moving back to Seattle, and Shane [Gaius Charles] puts himself in a risky situation. Meanwhile, Derek [Patrick Dempsey] gets a phone call that will change his life, on the winter finale of Grey's Anatomy.

We'll talk more about April's wedding in a second, but the rest of this drama deserves some attention, too. We're bracing ourselves for possibly huge fallouts between the Twisted Sisters and Bailey and Ben, but, most of all, we're intrigued about Derek's phone call. Is it life changing in a good way (maybe something about his research?), or are we looking at a disaster headed McDreamy's way?

The Big Wedding

April has always wanted a picture perfect wedding, and she's going to get it, damn it, even if it turns her into a bridezilla. Based on the promo pics the wedding, which appears to take place at her family farm, is gorgeous. The bridesmaids look lovely, April is radiant, and the whole thing is flawless — except for the part where she's still totally into Jackson, right? Please show, give our Japril shipping hearts some hope!

Fortunately, this sneak peek exists:

Nothing like demanding your ex show up your wedding to give the fans hope that there might be a last minute change of heart. (Sorry Matthew. You're neat and all but... Have you seen Jackson's eyes?)

Oh, and one more note about the wedding: April's dad is going to be played by Sarah Drew's real dad. Aww.

And Things. Get. Crazy.

The preview promises that "the last five minutes will leave you begging for more all winter long," which means we're in for a cliffhanger or four. In fact, showrunner Shonda Rhimes claims the mid-season finale has a "BONKERS" ending, so we're bracing ourselves for the worst.
