'Tis the season for Santa to make his list and check it twice. If the big man in red were coming to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, who would be receiving a major haul of cool gifts, and who would be left with nothing but coal?

We've looked back on the first half of Season 10 to see which characters have been on their best behavior, and which need to shape up if they want Santa to come down their chimneys next year.

Naughty

Shane. In what way hasn't Shane been naughty this year? From lying to Mousey and inadvertently leading to her death to throwing around a ton of 'tude to trying to perform a surgery all on his own, Shane has been shaping up to be an unexpected bad-boy during Season 10.

Jackson. As Japril shippers, we love that Jackson finally manned up and admitted his love for April, but even we can acknowledge that doing it at April's wedding, in front of both Matthew and Stephanie, was not a good move.

Arizona. While we don't really consider Arizona's fling with Leah cheating (it's a grey area, anyway), we do think she was kinda taking advantage of the lovesick intern. Not the worst crime in the world, but not really Arizona's finest moment, either.

Leah. That said, Leah's inability to not make every single hookup into the biggest deal ever is starting to be a real problem.

Bailey. Bailey is clearly struggling with deep issues, but her refusal to acknowledge her problem and her cruelty to Ben over his decision to quit his program aren't making her look great right now.

Meredith and Cristina. The twisted sisters get lumped together because their problem is the same: Their inability to not snark at each other at every given opportunity.

Alex. We can't really blame him, but still, beating up your dad isn't a nice thing to do.

Callie. We're torn on Callie. We like that she's now trying her best to fix things with Arizona, but at the beginning of the season she wasn't so nice to her wife. Also, lying and saying Arizona was dead to get more money at the fundraiser was pretty uncool.

Nice

Derek. Taking a step back so Mer can have time to do her research? Yeah, Derek really earned that McDreamy title this year, and not just because of his hair.

April. Now that her wedding has been interrupted April is going to have to hurt someone, but in terms of what's already happened we think she's doing pretty well this season. She really seemed to be trying to commit to Matthew, even if part of her heart still belonged to Jackson.

Jo. Jo's decision to push Alex and his father together might not have been smart, but it was coming from a really good place.

Stephanie. Poor Steph. She's done nothing wrong, and she's still about to have her heart broken.

Richard. Richard let interns learn by treating him, and was there for Bailey when she needed him. Good job, Webber!

Owen. Owen has kept a pretty low profile this season, which means he makes it to the nice list by default.

Who do you think has been naughty, and who's been nice this season? Sound off in the comments below!
