A new sneak peek for the midseason premiere of Grey's AnatomySeason 10, Episode 13, "Take It Back," airing February 27 — gives us a feeling of the aftershocks of the show's most dramatic wedding while we still wonder if April (Sarah Drew) chose Jackson (Jesse Williams) or Matthew (Justin Bruening) at the altar.

As the clip begins, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) is giving Derek (Patrick Dempsey) the full-blast frost treatment as she packs up her bridesmaid stuff and he begs her to understand how important his Presidential call to action is.

"Get me my curling iron, please." she says, pointedly.

Cristina (Sandra Oh) enters and tells her recently-restored best friend that she tried calming down someone's sisters and the mother — presumably Matthew's, as he's the sure-to-be-jilted groom.

"But how was I supposed to pretend that what just happened wasn't the coolest thing I'd ever seen!" she says. "You know, I've always been on the fence about Kepner, but now I'm not just a friend — I'm a fan."

Mer gives Der an "Oh, brother" look but then seems to remember she's furious at him and shoots him a death glare before storming.

Cristina asks Derek if Mer is mad at her, but he tells her that he's mad at him for reneging on his promise to her by accepting the President's offer.

"Oh good. Better you than me," she says, before realizing what he'd said. "President?

"Of the United States," he says, a little smugly.

"You are not serious!"

But before she can bask in the glow of his success, Cristina gets a page and fishes out her cell phone. "Something's going on at the hospital," she says, ominously.

OK, we think we know what's going on at the hospital, so let's focus on what she called the "coolest thing" she'd ever seen. What could April have done that would have impressed her so mightily? Speculate away below, fans!

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 resumes on Thursday, February 27, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
