One of our biggest wishes when Grey’s Anatomy comes back (today, today!): That Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) manage to get their act together and live happily ever after. It’s a tall order, we know… especially considering everything these two have been through in the past season and a half. But it’s not impossible, right?

According to Jessica, we’ll get a little closer to finding out the future of the couple soon — like, the March 13 episode (Episode 15) kind of soon. And it all begins with Arizona finally coming to terms with what her new “normal” is, post losing her leg, in what sounds like will be an Arizona-centric episode.

“It’s a window into where she’s been and where she wants to go in a clearly intentioned way as opposed to, you know, things just happening all over the place between the infidelity and trying to make up for it but then squashing it and sort of sandwiching in another fidelity,” Jessica explained to TV Line. “[The time] is right for her to have a reckoning.”

And the reckoning in question comes when Arizona’s faced with a really terrible day, and she has to face it head on — leg or not.

“A really bad day in her life used to be about, ‘I lost a leg and it’s all about the leg,’” Jessica said. “This episode is, ironically, about: She lost a leg but she’s actually okay. You can have a normal bad day that’s not all about the leg; it’s just a bad day. She has a new normal.”

Are you looking forward to seeing Arizona regain some sense of normalcy in her life? What do you think it’ll mean for her relationship with Callie?
