Grey's Anatomy surgeons, "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away" in Season 10, Episode 14 — airing March 4 — seriously. Because Owen (Kevin McKidd)

is laying down the no-fraternization rule in response to the recent anonymous sexual harassment complaints lodged with HR.

"All relationships with coworkers will be strictly prohibited," he tells the assembled mass of Grey Sloan Memorial docs.

But, as the voiceover states, "a rule no one can break could break them apart."

The couple most at risk of breaking apart seems to be Alex (Justin Chambers)

and Jo (Camilla Luddington), who appear to have a very public blowout in which Alex yells, "Fine! I'll make it easy for you. We're done."

OK, so they're having one of their tiffs. Must be a Thursday.

What's really interesting is that Richard (James Pickens Jr.) seems to walk in on April (Sarah Drew) and a shirtless Jackson (Jesse Williams), the latter of whom feebly says, "This isn't what it looks like!"

Weirdly, Alex and Jo are there, too, facing Richard and looking just as guilty. Did the former Chief just bust two twitterpating couples at once?

And, uh, Japril — the jig is up. Your secret marriage just got a lot less secret!
