The stork has come flying to Grey Sloan Memorial. But, as shown by this preview for Season 10, Episode 15 — "Throwing It All Away," airing March 13 — that stork got lost somewhere near the ambulance bay. Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) find a box shaking and making baby noises, which can only mean one thing: dumpster baby.

"He should be cuddled," Cristina (Sandra Oh) tells Shane, referring to the whimpering newborn. "And I don't want to do it."

Meanwhile, some patient is second-guessing his act of charity. "I donated my kidney," he tells April (Sarah Drew). "Can I get that back?"

(Fun fact: That actor is Geoffrey Arend, husband of Christina Hendricks, who plays Joan on Mad Men.)

Also, it seems like Leah (Tessa Ferrer) is back to haunt Calzona. "Now I have to deal with your jealous ex-girlfriend?" Callie (Sara Ramirez) yells. "I swear to God — I can't take any more of this."

Here's ABC's official synopsis for the installment:

Arizona [Jessica Capshaw] has a bad day which escalates when she advises one of Callie's patients on a potential double amputation. Derek [Patrick Dempsey] goes back on a promise to Callie, and Jo and Stephanie find an abandoned baby outside the hospital. Meanwhile, the doctors deal with the repercussions of the non-fraternization rule, which include meetings with HR and one doctor's suspension.

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
