We're back into the thick of things at Grey Sloan Memorial, and Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 15  ("Throwing It All Away") looks like it will be a classic episode, combining medicine and emotion in the way only Grey's Anatomy can.

So, what should you expect when you tune in tonight? We've got a rundown of the biggest spoilers and hints about the episode right here.

The Official Synopsis

Let's start with the official synopsis of the episode, which gives us a lot to chew on:

Arizona [Jessica Capshaw] has a bad day which escalates when she advises one of Callie's [Sara Ramirez] patients on a potential double amputation. Derek [Patrick Dempsey] goes back on a promise to Callie, and Jo [Camilla Luddington] and Stephanie [Jerrika Hinton] find an abandoned baby outside the hospital. Meanwhile, the doctors deal with the repercussions of the non-fraternization rule, which include meetings with HR and one doctor's suspension.

Someone's suspended over the no fraternization rule? We really can't wait to see who that is. Our guess right now is Alex, but we'll see. Maybe it's Arizona, since she's supposed to be having such a bad day, and we know Leah has a vengeful streak. Either way, we can expect to see High School Musical star Alyson Reed as an HR person who plays a role in this story.

What Happens to Arizona?

This episode is truly Arizona-centric, and gives us a look inside Arizona's world. Of course, it's not a good day for her. Why? Well, at least in part because her prosthetic leg gets broken. But this will actually help her come to terms with her "new normal," so we have a feeling this story will end up being a positive one. Or, at least, that's what we're hoping. Arizona has been through enough!
