The April 17 episode of Grey's AnatomySeason 10, Episode 20: "Go It Alone" — will see the surgeons facing "the moments that define their future," as this promo touts.

Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) are moving full steam ahead on planning for their second child — deciding which of them will get pregnant by the flip of a coin. It's probably the fairest way to decide, but also the most. Seriously, a coin flip?

In less happy relationship news, Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April are screaming at each other about their differences — particularly April's devout faith. "You don't accept who I am!" April yells.

Meanwhile, Cristina is headed for the Harper Avery gala, and — surprise, surprise — Catherine (Debbie Allen) is the one presenting the award. C'mon, Cathy — you know you're biased towards Grey Sloan Memorial. Give it to Yang!

Cristina [Sandra Oh] enlists Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] to help her prepare an acceptance speech for her possible Harper Avery win, and while Owen [Kevin McKidd] offers to attend the ceremony with her, she insists on going alone. Meanwhile, Derek [Patrick Dempsey] feels overwhelmed between his responsibilities at home and at the hospital. April [Sarah Drew] and Jackson [Jesse Williams] come to a disagreement on children and religion, and Callie [Sara Ramirez] and Arizona [Jessica Capshaw] try to reconnect in their marriage.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 20 — "Go It Alone" — airs Thursday, April 17, 2014, at 9 p.m. ET.
