The jig is up for Bailey (Chandra Wilson) on the episode of Grey's Anatomy airing Thursday, May 8 — Season 10, Episode 23: "Everything I Try to Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right" — as the Morrises will find out that she went behind their back and gave Braden the deactivated-HIV treatment.

But as the sneak peek below proves, the parents aren't just angry — they're litigious.

As the scene starts, Bailey gives the Morrises the good news about Braden's recovery, and they thank her for letting him heal on his own.

"Uh, Mr. Morris, Braden did not get better on his own," Bailey admits, with a half-resigned and half-smug expression on her face. "I gave him the treatment."

Then the action shifts to a conference room, where Ben (Jason George) finds Bailey and berates her for acting recklessly — and for not even looping him in. Owen (Kevin McKidd) enters with news of the gut-punching consequences.

"The lawyers are meeting now," he sighs. "We're discharging Braden soon, but it does not look like the Morrises are going to let this go."

"So it looks like a malpractice suit?" Ben asks.

"Worse," Owen responds. "Assault and battery charges."

Well, looks like we were right about Bailey facing legal action. But for her sake, we wish we weren't!

Will Bailey be able to escape these charges? Or will a judge throw the book at her? Let us know your predictions in the comments below.
