Grey’s Anatomy is wrapping it up for the season next week, but before that happens — and before we say goodbye to Cristina — Bailey’s dealing with some major drama. Tonight’s episode finds her in hot water over a patient (again), while April and Jackson deal with the idea of becoming parents in, oh, nine months, give or take a few weeks.

But in case you missed the episode, we’re ready to catch you up before next week’s Season 10 finale. Are you ready? Here’s what you need to know ahead of this year’s ender:

Bailey is in a whole mess of trouble… And she has a totally “Sorry, not sorry” attitude about it. The way she sees it, her little undercover HIV virus cure for the Bubble Boy’s immune disorder made him healthy again, so she obviously did the right thing. Unfortunately, his dad disagrees and goes all Disney villain on her. He literally says he will make sure she never works in this town again… despite the fact that his kid is happy and healthy for the first time in ages.

But then, plot twist! Stephanie steps in and takes the blame, and her punishment is way less harsh — we’re talking a week’s suspension vs. Bailey getting criminal charges pressed against her. Not sure how that switcheroo happened, but it did. All is well in Bailey’s world again.

Jackson, April, and the idea of their baby are all one big happy family. Yes, already. And are we surprised? Jackson and April will be awesome parents, but they’re keeping it a secret for now. Until Jackson accidentally spills the news in front of Stephanie. Smooth.

Later, April ends up showing Callie her ultrasound photo, turning Callie into a blubbering puddle of tears who admits she found out she can’t have any more kids. This leads to her and Arizona putting the kibosh on baby number two for now — bummer.

Also, note to self: Never call Callie a grumpus.

Cristina’s busy choosing a new head of cardio and — shocker! — she’s not impressed by a single applicant. Doesn’t matter, she’s still set on going to take over Burke’s hospital, and Owen wishes she would stay. So much, in fact, that he initiates a makeout sesh, symbolizing the entire Grey’s fandom as he begs her not to leave him. Take us with you, Cristina!

One of the residents won’t be returning next year and everyone’s convinced it’s them. Jo is a nervous wreck, and Leah? Well, Leah is on the receiving end of a very blunt conversation from Richard after he observes her in surgery. As it turns out, he doesn’t think she has what it takes to be a surgeon, and fires her as kindly as possible. You know, if you can be kind about firing someone.

And then there goes Derek, putting his career first again. Ugh, what is this guy, a high powered brain surgeon? Oh, wait. He is. Derek’s been offered the position of a lifetime working with the president in DC on his brain mapping project, and he wants to move the whole family out there. Now that Amelia wants to stay in Seattle, it’s the perfect time to go.

Except for the fact that it’s very plainly not, judging by the look on Meredith’s face.

Seven days stand between us and the Season 10 finale — and it looks like it’s going to be a big one. See ya next week!
