Sandra Oh (Cristina Yang) exited Grey's Anatomy with style and grace — both of which she displays in spades in the cover photo for the Summer 2014 issue of Audrey, the self-described "Asian American lifestyle magazine."

In the stunning portrait, the 42-year-old actress scales the steps of the lavish Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles — dressed in a luxurious off-white gown.

Inside the pages of the mag, Sandra talks about Grey's, her role as an Asian American actress, and her future endeavors — including her part in the play Death and the Maiden at Chicago's Victory Gardens Theater. She plays Paulina, a woman once held captive as a political partner who has a chance encounter with the man she believes to be the one who raped and tortured her.

Chay Yew, the play's director and a longtime friend of Sandra, calls her "a shining bright light. She is able to fiercely love and embrace all the characters she embodies, despite their flaws, shortcomings or darkness. In turn, we find ourselves in every character she portrays."

Meanwhile, her on-screen lover, Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt), echoes the adoration: "With most actors, when you talk to them, they'll nod while looking on. When you talk to Sandra, she's engaged and really listens and there's no bulls—t. She's a deep-thinking, compassionate human being."

Looking good, Sandra! Congrats on all your successes.
