Bet Sandra Oh (Cristina Yang) is wishing she had some of the Grey Sloan Memorial doctors' extensive medical knowledge after suffering a painful foot injury.

The 43-year-old actress — who just left Grey's Anatomy at the end of its tenth season — tweeted a photo of her injured foot on June 14. In the caption, she writes, "Not joking. Whoever said jogging was good for you? Hobbling on stage during previews. What to do? Show must go on!"

In the pic, we see her foot wrapped in an elastic bandage and an ankle brace, perhaps a bit swollen. Ouch!

The previews she mentions are the first public performances of her play in Chicago, Victory Gardens Theater's production of Ariel Dorfman's Death and the Maiden. Sandra plays a woman who, by a twist of fate, comes face-to-face with a man whom she suspects tortured and raped her when she was a political prisoner years before.

This latest production, directed by Chuy Yew, runs through July 13, which hopefully means Sandra has a lot of time to regain her footing, so to speak. And we give her major props continuing her work despite the injury!

Also, we have one more reason not to take up jogging.
