We might not have a ton of details about Grey's Anatomy Season 11, but we at least now know that we'll be seeing one particular Butthole again. That'd be Dr. Butthole, aka Dr. Oliver Lebackes — who got the scatological nickname for his, ahem, speciality of repairing imperforate anuses.

Patrick Fabian, the 50-year-old actor whose character is the butt of so many jokes, tweeted a selfie of himself on the Grey's set on June 30, meaning he's filming scenes for Season 11.

That means that Alex (Justin Chambers) is probably facing quite the dilemma. When we last saw him, Alex had just received Christina's shares of the hospital — and you'd think such a gift would give him plenty of reasons to ditch Oliver's private practice and return to Grey Sloan Memorial, where he was doing more interesting work for much less pay.

But if Lebackes is on the scene, it means that Alex's return won't be cut-and-dry — if he is deciding to return, that is! (Maybe Lebackes is trying to pressure/guilt Alex into staying at the practice.)

What do you think? Will Alex return to the hospital or stay with Lebackes? Cast your best guess below!

Grey's Anatomy Season 11 premieres Thursday, September 25, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

Don't miss the episode.
