Doctors are notably well-paid — but fake doctors are paid even better, it seems!

Forbes has released its annual list of TV's highest-paid actors for the year, and Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) ranks toward the top! He's tied for fifth, neck-and-neck with House of Cards star Kevin Spacey.

Both guys earned $16 million per year.

In Patrick's case, last time we checked, he was earning $350k per episode. But he also rakes in the dough through endorsement deals with the brands Porsche, Simmons Beautyrest, and Silhouette.

Plus, he's making quite a name for himself in the racing world and produced a four-part miniseries on the Le Mans race.

Oh, and he just signed on for (at least) two more seasons of Grey's Anatomy, so we imagine he negotiated a sizable raise!

Topping the Forbes list is Ashton Kutcher ($26 million), followed by Jon Cryer and Mark Harmon (both at $19 million) and Neil Patrick Harris ($18 million).

Then, coming in behind Patrick and Kevin are Tim Allen, Simon Baker, Jim Parsons, Jason Segel, Johnny Galecki, Jon Hamm, Charlie Sheen, Josh Radnor, and Bryan Cranston.

Quite an illustrious list! Incidentally, did we mention we have a new goal in life?
