By the end of Season 9, Episode 14: "The Face of Change" Callie (Sara Ramirez) seemed to have solved Seattle Grace-Mercy West's problems: The doctors who benefited from the lawsuit can just up and buy the hospital themselves.

To us, it seems like a win-win. The hospital isn't scooped up by an evil corporation, and it seems like a decent way to invest their money. But will it work?

Well, if does, it won't be an easy road, as recent spoilers from TVGuide confirm.

In this sneak peek it's clear not everyone from the lawsuit is on board with the plan at first, and Sara Ramirez confirmed to TV Guide that there are "a lot of conversations" that get "heated and personal" over the issue.

Meanwhile, the doctors decide to keep their discussions and plans a secret from everyone, "especially Owen [Kevin McKidd]." Unsurprisingly, that part does not please Cristina (Sandra Oh).

And it turns out the lawsuit docs don't even have enough money to buy the hospital if they want to, so they're going to have to go outside for help.

How does all of this result in the lawsuit docs quitting? We're not sure, but we can't wait to find out.
