In the upcoming Grey's Anatomy alternate reality episode (Season 8, Episode 13: "If/Then"), Derek (Patrick Dempsey) and Addison (Kate Walsh) are still married. But are they happy?
As we see in the first 10 minutes of the episode, everyone at Seattle Grace seems to think they're perfect together, but this new sneak peek tells a different story. Is anyone surprised?
Here Addison and Derek have a tense, hostile conversation about a mutual patient, ending with Addison snapping that she knows Derek hadn't meant to spend the day operating alongside his wife, but he'll just have to deal with it.
