In this sneak peek for tonight’s pivotal episode of Grey's Anatomy (Season 8, Episode 21: “Moment of Truth”), we watch as Cristina (Sandra Oh), Jackson (Jesse Williams), and April (Sarah Drew) leave Seattle Grace-Mercy West to board the bus and take their board exams.

Owen (Kevin McKidd) tries to calm down a stressed out, crying April, Teddy (Kim Raver) ill-advisedly tries to get Cristina to relax, Alex (Justin Chambers) is nowhere to be found, and Mark (Eric Dane) gives Jackson a wad of cash and tells him how to get the most Omega-3 from his salmon dinner.
