The massive plane crash at the end of Grey's Anatomy Season 8, Episode 23: "Migration"  overshadowed the other big news of the episode: Ben proposed to Bailey (Chanda Wilson), but then got a sweet job in LA. What will they do? Will Bailey accept his proposal in Season 8, Episode 24, "Flight," given his new situation?

Chandra Wilson promised E! that even with all of the plane crash drama, there will be some closure for this story in the finale.

"It's safe to say she will react in Bailey style," Chandra hinted. Based on this sneak peek, it looks like Ben will have to fight hard to convince Bailey that a long distance relationship is doable.
