Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 6: “Second Opinion” contained some bombshells itself, but nothing shocked us as much as the preview for Season 9, Episode 7: "I Was Made for Lovin’ You" (airing Nov. 29) in which April (Sarah Drew) tells Jackson (Jesse Williams) "I'm late."
Is she really pregnant? We don't have the answer, but let's look at where the clues we do know point.

The promo: In the promo, April says "I'm late," and Jackson replies with a really shocked "oh," so it definitely seems like she's talking about her period being late, and not, say, being late for a movie. There is also a quick shot of her crying, which would suggest something serious is happening for her.
A "shocking situation" in Episode 7: The official synopsis for the episode says “Callie [Sara Ramirez] recruits Jackson to help find a solution to Derek’s [Patrick Dempsey] hand, but he is preoccupied by a shocking situation with April.” That, combined with the promo, certainly makes us suspect that April at least thinks she may be pregnant.
But ... Jackson might sleep with someone else?!: All that is well and good, but there's also a spoiler that suggests that Jackson will sleep with someone other than April when the show comes back from hiatus in 2013. And, honestly, we can't really see Jackson cheating on the mother of his child — unless she pushes him away. Maybe April gets pregnant, freaks, and breaks things off with Jackson, leaving him broken hearted and looking for comfort in someone else's arms.
On the other hand, maybe April just has a pregnancy scare in the next episode, but eventually discovers she's not pregnant. We could see that causing her to cut off the relationship, which would also explain why Jackson might sleep with someone else, despite his feelings for April.
