Grey's Anatomy’s Dr. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) is back! And who is that behind the camera making sure that Bailey looks her best? It’s Chandra Wilson … directing herself!

Jesse Williams (Jackson Avery) recently tweeted a photo that he posted to WhoSay of Chandra hard at work directing a new episode of the hit drama. The caption read: “The one, the only, Chandra Wilson hard at work directing Dr. Miranda Bailey in an amazing new S9 episode. (They're both pretty good.)” We just love it when castmates support each other!

After all, who better knows how to direct Bailey than Bailey herself? We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to watch Chandra’s ep! She's directed for Grey's before, most recently on Season 8, Episode 21: “Moment of Truth”.
