Grey's Anatomy is certainly known to have its fair share of humor, but it has always been, first and foremost, a drama. And it has always kept us on our toes.

With the reveal of another episode title, it looks like only one of those things could be changing.

Yesterday (November 5) McDreamy himself, AKA Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd), tweeted this photo of an upcoming script, which he describes as “very funny.” Can we expect a more comedy-focused episode in the future? But when?

The script is marked as Season 9, Episode 11 on the upper right hand corner. Yesterday, Jesse Williams’ (Jackson Avery) tweeted about the episode, saying, “Table Read for episode 11 today. Wonder if my 'blind plastics surgeon' pitch got any traaaactionnnn!” Apparently a funny script gets everyone in the mood for a little comedy.

And what is this humorous episode called? “The End is the Beginning is the End.” What a mouthful!

It looks like the whole keeping-us-on-our-toes thing isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. The photo also reveals that the episode was FKA — "formerly known as" — “Judgment Day.” That certainly sounds more serious.

All in all, we’re not sure what to expect other than something ending and beginning and ending. Let’s just hope this doesn’t have to do with any of our beloved relationships, or Derek’s (Patrick Dempsey) career!

The idea of something ending scares us, but we have enough faith in Patrick’s sense of humor not to be too afraid. And, after all, the title is true: Every end is both a beginning and an end, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. So maybe we shouldn't be worried.

Catch the next new episode of Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, November 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
