A new face. The official synopsis of the episode teases that "competition heats up as several of the doctors fight to become the new face of Seattle Grace." Based on this sneak peek, the main competitors are Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jackson (Jesse Williams). Things should get interesting when these two also team up to "work with a transgender teen couple."

A lot of Alex. Unsurprisingly, this episode is very Alex-centric.

New rules. The official synopsis also says that "the hospital implements new policies which test the patience of the staff." Relatedly, "you begin to realize how much trouble they really are in at the hospital."

An emergency. Meanwhile, the main drama of the episode should come when "April [Sarah Drew] brings in an emergency case," against Dr. Cahill's orders
