Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 15 Sneak Peek: A Heartbreaking Case (VIDEO)

In this sneak peek of Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 15: "Hard Bargain" (February 14) Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) deliver some good news to a distraught father about a special procedure that could save his child.

One problem: They're "waiting for approval from the hospital advisory board." Why do we have a bad feeling that the board is going to say this special procedure, which they need to "contract out," will be too pricey?
