Trouble spreads. The future of Seattle Grace-Mercy West looks bleak now that the lawsuit docs have quit. With Pegasus unsure if they still want to buy, rumor has it the hospital could go belly up within a month. According to the official synopsis, "word spreads" about the hospital's issues, which just leads to more worry. For instance, "the interns fear they might lose their jobs."
Should Jackson leave? Meanwhile, Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) "encourages Jackson [Jesse Williams] to move to Boston," which, according to Jesse Williams, is an option Jackson definitely considers.
Jo in tears. In this sneak peek photo, Jo (Camilla Luddington) is in tears. Is it because she's thinking of leaving, or worried that she's about to lose her job, or is it about something else? The official synopsis also says that "Alex [Justin Chambers] impresses Jo while caring for a patient," so maybe it's related to that.
Meredith has a mole. Mer (Ellen Pompeo) may have quit her job so she can help buy the hospital, but that doesn't mean she abandons her patients. She has a mole in the hospital keeping her up to date.
