Based on this sneak peek of Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 2: “Remember the Time,” we think Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) classic “Pick me, choose me, love me” speech might have a new contender when it comes to memorable emotional scenes on Grey’s.
 
In a flashback to the days after the fatal plane crash, a worse-for-wear Mark (Eric Dane) looks over a patient’s chart with Jackson (Jesse Williams). But he quickly segues into a brief, poignant monologue about love. Here is what he says:

If you love someone, you tell them. Even if you’re scared that it’s not the right thing, even if you’re scared that it will cause problems, even if you’re scared that it will burn your life to the ground, you say it, you say it loud. And then you go from there.
