Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 21: "Sleeping Monster" is still several weeks away (it airs on April 25), but at least now we have a preview to help tide us over.

While we're happy to have a look at what's to come, this preview leaves us more worried for Bailey (Chandra Wilson) than ever. In it, we hear that patients (yes, plural) have died, presumably of the post-op complications that began in Episode 20. All the board members (aka, half the cast) appear to be arguing about what to do about the situation.

"We need to stand by our doctors!" Meredith declares. Of course she's on Bailey's side in this. She fights for her friends.

Richard, on the other hand, tells someone, "It's not the hospital, it's one doctor."

Could this be the end of Bailey's career? Here's the full synopsis of the episode:

Bailey finds herself at the center of a CDC investigation surrounding the death of several of her patients, as Jackson and the rest of the board members argue over how to address the crisis with the public. Meanwhile, Cristina teases Alex about his unspoken feelings for Jo, and Owen continues to take special care of Ethan as the condition of his parents remains uncertain.
