It's big. REALLY big. The preview promises a "bombshell" in the last five minutes of the episode, and Jesse Williams (Jackson Avery) has declared that it's a "Big big episode. Gotta-watch-live-broadcast-Big."

Cristina and Owen drama. The official synopsis of the episode says that "Cristina [Sandra Oh] and Owen [Kevin McKidd] continue to figure out their relationship amidst the pending lawsuit." Based on this sneak peek, that figuring out period is going to involve some harsh words and hurt feelings. Though at least this sneak peek suggests Owen handles the actual lawsuit with grace.

Derek's hand: The synopsis also says that "Callie [Sara Ramirez] recruits Jackson [Jesse Williams] to help find a solution to Derek’s [Patrick Dempsey] hand, but he is preoccupied by a shocking situation with April [Sarah Drew]." So it sounds like the quest to fix Derek continues.

A MerDer Moment: Shonda Rhimes' favorite MerDer moment of the season happens in this episode.

And the shocking situation? Is the shocking situation that April's (Sarah Drew) pregnant? It looks like April certainly thinks so.

Bailey vs. Ben. Meanwhile, the synopsis declares that "Bailey [Chandra Wilson] argues with Ben over plans for their upcoming nuptials." We know Bailey is resistant to the idea of having a big wedding, so we suspect the argument will be over what form their nuptials will take. In other Bailey news: She and Ben are as flirty as ever.
