Grey's Anatomy Season 9 returns this week with Season 9, Episode 21: "Sleeping Monster," but the cast and crew are already working on the season finale, and we're desperate for any scrap of information they can give us. While most information about the finale is on lockdown, even the cast's reaction to reading the finale script is telling.

After the table read of the finale last week, Ellen Pompeo called it a "home run," Sarah Drew said it will blow our minds, and Jessica Capshaw previewed that it's "awesome, sad, exciting, frustrating, beautiful, heartbreaking..."

Now, Camilla Luddington (Jo) has emphasized just how jam-packed the finale really is, tweeting on Sunday, April 21, "Have literally read my @GreysABC finale script a 1000x. There's so much happening I feel like I'm still just now trying 2 digest it all...."

Whoa! It sounds like there's not just one big event, but a lot of things going down in this finale. That makes sense, given that it's a two week extravaganza.
