Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 7: "I Was Made for Lovin’ You" promises to feature a major bombshell at the end of the episode. It's so major that showrunner Shonda Rhimes took to Twitter to beg East Coast fans not to spoiler what happens for West Coast viewers.

What could be so shocking that it requires a warning from the showrunner herself? We've already speculated on several possible bombshells, and we recently thought of another out-of-the-box option that we couldn't help but share, mostly out of the hope that if we write it down, it can't come true.

What if Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) break up?

After all, despite making progress in their relationship, the couple is clearly under a lot of pressure because of Arizona's injury, and it looks like Arizona coming back to work might not go smoothly. It wouldn't be the first time Shonda has toyed with a married couple on the show (lookin' at you Owen [Kevin McKidd] and Cristina [Sandra Oh]), and, above all, it would be totally shocking and completely unexpected.

Of course, we know that Callie and Arizona will be getting their sexy on by February, so even if they do hit a snag it will all work out. And, to be very clear, we really hope this idea is totally off base. But it's a theory, and we had to share.

What do you think will happen?
