Grey's Anatomy isn't just about the doctors' interpersonal drama. In this preview for Season 8, Episode 16: “If Only You Were Lonely” from Canada's CTV, we're giving a glimpse of this week's medical drama. Warning: It looks like you'll need a tissue.

In the promo, the parents of a very sick newborn appear to decide against a risky treatment, much to Lexie's (Chyler Leigh) dismay. Will Little Grey eventually end up saving the baby's life? We hope so!
