In last week’s episode of Grey's Anatomy (Season 9, Episode 3: “Love the One You’re With”), we watched as the victims of the plane crash contemplated whether they wanted to take the settlement money or go to court over the horrific incident that left Seattle Grace-Mercy West without both Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh). In the end, Derek’s (Patrick Dempsey) level-headed and dreamy influence convinced everyone involved that settling wouldn’t save any more lives in the future. They need to know what went wrong with that plane.

So now the question is how long will the doctors be dealing with the court case? That, we do not know. But we do know that a lawsuit equals lawyers. Let’s hope they’re as hot as the therapist they brought in after the shooting. Remember him? Teddy (Kim Raver) does. Yum.

Sorry. Back to the lawyers. We already know that Bones actor Andrew Leeds is coming to Seattle, but now, TVLine reports that he will be one of the lawyers assigned to the case. Just one? How many lawyers do the doctors need to take down an airline? We’re betting at least two.

Do you think the doctors made the right call by going to court? And how long do you think the lawsuit storyline is going to last? Do you want justice for the deaths of Mark and Lexie, or are you already sick of the crash and its effects?

Catch the next new episode of Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, October 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
