According to SpoilerTV, Episode 18 will be titled "Idle Hands."

We don't know much about the episode, but we assume that the hospital will still be a little shaken from all of the changes. But how does the title relate to that?

The first thing we thought of when we saw the title was the classic proverb that goes along the lines of "idle hands are the devil's tools." The idea of that phrase is that boredom and lack of work can lead to mischief and trouble.

Of course, with the docs so constantly busy, it's hard to see how that would apply. Unless someone quits, or has to stop operating for some reason? Perhaps Derek (Patrick Dempsey) has a problem with his hand again? Maybe an intern is punished with boring work and gets in trouble?

Or maybe it means something else entirely. What do you think of this title?
