According to SpoilerTV, Episode 19 will be called "Can't Fight This Feeling."

Our immediate reaction to this title is to think about romance. The song "Can't Fight This Feeling" is about a guy falling for a girl he's friends with. Although the title of this episode could be talking about something else entirely, we can't help but suspect it might be referencing a similar situation.

There are two relationships that jump to mind for us. On one hand, there's Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington), whose sexual tension will almost inevitably reach a breaking point eventually. And, of course, there's also Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew), who are seeing other people, but might find they can't fight the feelings they clearly still have for each other.

Of course, this being Grey's, it's possible the title isn't what it seems at all, and the "feeling" in question isn't romantic.
