According to SpoilerTV, Episode 20 will be called "She's Killing Me."

Hmmm ... Should we take that title literally? As in, a doc does something wrong that kills (or almost kills) a patient? This title, combined with the news that there's an investigator coming to the show later in the season, seems to point to the possibility that one of the docs (or the entire hospital) could end up facing a malpractice lawsuit.

Of course, the title could also be more metaphorical — "she's killing me emotionally." If that's the case, we could see it applying to a lot of people. Maybe Jackson (Jesse Williams) realizes he wants to be with April (Sarah Drew) but she turns him down; or the same with Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington). Maybe Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) finally confront their basic incompatibility on the kids issue.

Or maybe it has to do with a patient of the week! What do you think this title means? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
