According to SpoilerTV, Episode 21 will be called "Sleeping Monster."
Okay. We can't be the only Harry Potter kids who immediately thought of J.K. Rowling's rather unfortunate "chest monster" metaphor for a jealous crush, right? But that's probably not where Shonda Rhimes is going with this title...
So what does it mean? This one's pretty open to interpretation. Is the sleeping monster a metaphor for a disease lying dormant, ready to explode? Perhaps it's a reference to the infection that popped up in Bailey's (Chandra Wilson) patients during Season 9, Episode 20: "She's Killing Me" — if more get sick and/or die, this problem could turn into a real "monster" for Bailey and hospital.
Or perhaps our Harry Potter thought isn't so wrong after all: The "green-eyed monster" is a common term for jealousy, and we've already seen Alex (Justin Chambers) acting crazy jealous over Jo's (Camilla Luddington) boyfriend. Maybe we're in for more of that.
